Our extended family vacation was a big hit again this year. We enjoyed wonderful sunny weather, great meals together and lots of fun playing games with all the kids. Thank you Bloomer Estates for a great rental experience once again. We love this house and its large spaces and many bedrooms. We hardly have to bring anything along with us to prepare great meals, we love cooking together on vacation! See you again next year.

We were at Admiral House for our Russian Christmas celebration, which is very cuisine heavy. We had 13 people all making a variety of dishes at the same time and all the kitchens were very well stocked to support us! Plenty of mixing bowls, fridge space, weird utensils, etc to make our lives easy. Lots of movies for the kids to watch and the dress-up closet was a huge hit! The hot tub was in great condition and well stocked with towels. The day we were leaving snow hit Seattle and Portland and the property manager told us that no one was scheduled that night, so we could stay over for safety if we needed to. She was very helpful and accommodating! We stayed at the Lion's Paw last year and had a great time. The e-mail with directions and instructions is extremely helpful and succinct. We look forward to working with Bloomer Estates again!

We had a wonderful family gathering at the Admiral. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking our turkey dinner and the awesome dining table comfortably fit us all(12)to enjoy our Thanksgiving meal. The indoor hottub was super nice to relax in. Our teenagers really enjoyed the pingpong, air hockey and especially the pool table. The highlight was the sun came out for us to take the short walk to the beach and enjoy the ocean! A wonderful place we are already talking about returning to.

Our kids and spouses, our grandkids and spouses, and our great-grandson (14 in all) helped us celebrate our anniversary by spending a week in the Admiral House. Everyone had a great time. The entertainment provided with the house was well used. Each of the families (except mom and dad) prepared an evening meal. They know how to cook! We would rent from Bloomer Estates again, but it would be a house which has fewer stairs.

We had a wonderful time, everything was just great and Kathy was sooo helpful with everything, we are definately looking forward to comeing back to one of your properties every year. I would probably stay somewhere (probably Bloomer Estates Home, we were there for Thanksgiving last year, just becausse there were not so many stairs. My husband is 83 and i am 75 yrs. so the stairs were a little bit tiring for us, but; our kids were wonderful and did most of the running. Over all, both properties are great!! Thank You so much.

We did enjoy the Admiral House. Furnishings were nice and kitchen well equipped. Nice hottub. There were just too many stairs to the bedrooms for us 60 somethings. We have been spoiled by the Bloomer Mansion and will probably go back there.

This is our group's second New Years stay at Admiral House. My favorite part of the house is the layout. Two bedrooms on the first and second floors and the third floor has a master bedroom, bunkbeds in a little extra room, the kitchen and big living room. This allows the younger kids to be loud in the morning on the lower floors and the adults can stay up late on the top floor.

I do wish the lower rack of the dishwasher had its wheels. I mentioned that after our first visit and it wasn't fixed a year later. Time for a new dishwasher.

The third floor sliding glass door is very difficult to open. It needs adjustment or repair.

The walk to the beach is very easy and nice. It's also not flooded out in the winter unlike too many houses in the Long Beach area. The view from the third floor is also very good.

If the number of people in our group remains the same we'll stay here again.
