It's a perfect house for multi-generational gatherings. Cozy like Grandma's but enough space for everyone to have some privacy as well. Exactly what we were looking for, can't wait to come back.

WE had a great time! The kitchen is well stocked with equipment and we liked cooking there. The fireplace is cozy and we like the lay-out for big groups. The basement bedroom door could use repair and the room is a little basement-y (cool and damp). Thanks for the Christmas decorations. Very festive.

This property worked great for us! The kitchen had lots of tools, the house was large enough for gathering and enjoying quiet time, and there is lots to do in the area. We're thinking of going back with a different group of friends, great way to spend a "Big Chill" weekend!

It is a wonderful house with a nice yard and property. It loses points for being right on the highway and not on the beach, but that's why it was available when we had to find another place quickly just a few months ahead of our stay. The kitchen is large
and pretty well equipped, the upstairs bedrooms are sumptuous, the basement bedroom is cold and smells funny and the heater smells too much to use. But the two living rooms are inviting, the dining room large enough for our extended family to eat together,
the deck is nice, and we thought the house was GREAT.

The only thing that was a bit of a downer was that the gas fireplace was not operable the last two nights we were there. It was one of the reasons we chose the house. Other than that, it was great. :-)

Seven family's enjoyed our week end plus at Lion's Paw. We used all of the 7 bedrooms, and found them very usable. The dinning areas worked well with our numbers, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We made a good choice.

Absolutely delightful home and accomodations, except for the basement room which was very damp and not on the main level as we expected. Some of the light bulbs were missing and we looked everywhere we could think of to find a stash, but never found any. Plenty of towels and linens and great comforters!! Beds were comfortable and the rooms were a delight. Loved the books available. It rained steadily for the whole 4 days and we were just one huge family with pleanty of room and things to do without even leaving the house. The pool tabe was a marvelous idea and the antiques were beautiful. Having two living areas plus the solarium to spend time in was a great pleasure. thank you, we hope to come again.
