  I had booked a cottage at Long Beach at the end of February for a May stay. The day we planned to leave for our trip, I got a call from the manager of the other place informing me that she had booked my stay for the wrong day. Cue super disappointed 12 year old girls and my two friends and I. I immediately started searching for another place to stay, and everything was booked for Mother's Day weekend. I found an ad for a Bloomer Estates house, but when I called, was told that property was booked. Kathleen found us availability at 1303 Bay, and it was better than I'd hoped. The home was beautiful and clean, the location was perfect, and we had a wonderful time. We were all bummed to leave at the end of the trip. Not only would I recommend this home, I definitely will be booking again. We were actually trying to figure out how to buy the house :)

  This home was the cleanest rental we've experienced. The home has everything you need, just bring your own food and drink. Home has high quality furnishings and flat screen TV's in almost every room. The hot tub is wonderful and the beach and grocery store both are only one block away. The sunny wrap around deck upstairs is great for lounging with a view of the beach. This place feels more like a home than a rental. Great place if you want to just quietly relax, or bring your kids as the house easily accomodates up to 10 people. We will definitely come back again.

  I rented this home in order to invite my family to come along and celebrate my birthday. It exceeded my wishes for a comfortable, cozy, exceptionally clean home. We slept well, had lots of room to spread out. Enjoyed movies upstairs in family room. Loved sitting in living room with fireplace. Cooking was enjoyable (brought my pressure cooker) and had everything we could possibly need in the kitchen available for us. So appreciated this property and now would like to stay at another one, knowing how well this rental company provides for its guests. Thank you so very much!!

  The pictures are true to life! I was a little fearful having a few bad experiences in the past. This place lives up to its description. I love older homes and this one has been redone and added every little convenience. The night we arrived the weather was storming and the home felt very welcoming. New windows kept the wet chill outside and thermostats in each room allowed us to be comfortable no matter where were in the house. Some folks it their bedrooms cooler than other and the view was outstanding. We played, walked and talked in this inviting home. I haven’t driven on a beach in years but we also walked the TWO BLOCKS to the sand and surf of the Pacific Ocean. I woke up each morning and couldn’t wait to open the shades to see what the ocean was doing. How many waves were to meet greet us down at the shoreline. This is a must see place to visit.

  From the moment we walked into this beautiful home we were impressed and pleased with the decor, cleanliness and all the special touches throughout the house.
  There were eight of us spanning three generations gathering for a long overdue reunion...this was the perfect place. The men could watch the football games in the den, while my sister, niece, daughter-in-law and I shared the fireplace and conversation in the comfy living room.
  Having our meals in the cheerful, large dining room was so nice and I wish I had the well equipped, updated kitchen in my own home.
  With the beach a short walk away and Okie's Market close by we had everything we needed for a wonderful long weekend without having to drive anywhere.
  Whether we were watching the sunset from the upper deck, playing video games, enjoying a movie one rainy afternoon, soaking in the hot tub or strolling next door for Happy Hour at Luigi's we could not have asked for a better place for a real vacation.
  We live on the Northern California coast but I admit this location and house rivals anything we have here. Hope to return someday soon.

  The house was well equipped - Don't think we've rented a house that was so well stocked, esp in the kitchen. Traffic noise was awful - the tow trucks pulling cars from the sand (which was often)and Saturday night party noise. View was a stretch, but better
  than no view. Property managers were great and fixed the few minor problems we had right away. House is well funished and very comfortable. We would come again!

  This was a wonderful place for a family vacation. Plenty for everyone to do within walking distance; beach is very close, bookstores, gift/candy shops, general store, restaurants and an art gallery. The house worked well for us with three adult couples.
  The two upstairs bedrooms had private bathrooms and the downstairs bedroom had easy access to a full bathroom. Would have liked a double or queen bed in 2nd upstairs bedroom, but this was a minor issue.

  We loved the accommodations. When they said turn key ready, they really meant it. The home was cozy, warm and had all the amenities. It was only a short walk to the beach, stores, and restaurants. Would recommend to anyone who wants to get away and have a great place to relax and unwind. It was worth the price we paid and will return there in the future.

  Absolutely the best place we have stayed in the ten years we have been coming to long beach! Didnt have to drive anywhere except to oysterville, gotta have those oysters! The view from the master bedroom upstairs was quite wonderful and there was enough room that six people could really have alot of elbow room. Made it awfully hard to leave!! THANKS

  Probably the nicest home we've ever rented in terms of the quality of the interior. Everything from furniture to bedding to towels to electronics to appliances were first class. We love to cook and didn't want for a thing in the fully stocked kitchen. Highly recommend this property.

  This place was absolutely lovely down to TVs in every room, super comfy mattresses, extremely well-appointed kitchen, etc. It's a short walk to the beach and grocery stores. Minor complaint with the wireless service being difficult to access and the chemicals were off in the hot tub. I also think the $125 non-refundable cleaning fee is steep given the nightly rate is already pretty high for a place that is not on the beach orin a particularly charming area.
