A very nice condo-exceptionally clean and comfortable. Nice deck outside. The garage was a Godsend to us as we were there to prepare for a funeral so had a lot of things to unload to fix ahead of time. The flight of stairs is a challenge to us, but we managed. Would be nice to have a chairlift seat there! As we are partially disabled. Great location to everything. The reason for stars on general condition was that it would have been nice to have a recliner (so to raise our feet up to ease swelling) or a couple more comfortable chairs in living area; and one of the kitchen chairs tipped over twice all by itself with no one sitting in it!! (It's topheavy being made of metal). Otherwise everything was in good condition, plenty of towels, soaps, cleaners, ect. The wall heater in the upper bedroom was pretty noisy and should be checked if it is running properly. Plenty of warm heat throughout the condo. Felt safe there as with just the two of us, being older. Very quiet there--could not hear any noise from adjoining units. Quiet outside most of the time. If it had not been for the reason we were there we could have enjoyed the peninsula more--but maybe next time. Thank you for a lovely place to stay, just the right size for us.

This two bedroom condo in the heart of Long Beach is great for those who want to experience the beach and the town.
The condo is clean with good bathrooms, the beds are a little tired and the pots & pans in the kitchen have seen better days - but I'm staying again! This is a great option for those who want a kitchen and private space.

The condo was extremely comfortable. The kitchen setup was exactly as I'd hoped for. It was only minutes from the beach and my mother-in-law enjoyed the even shorter hike to the ice cream shop. Excellent vacation value.
Everything was very nice at this condo. The location is the BEST! The only comment I would have is that the kitchen could use a few more items, i.e. baking sheets and pans for those who enjoy baking.

We couldn't have been luckeir with the weather for February. Bright sunshine. Nice condo but would recommend raising the rent a few dollars and upgrading the TV to a flat screen and a DVD player that works without coaxing. Also need to upgrade the cable package. Not much night life in long beach - TV is about all you have! Also, a hairdryer would be a good addition - I don't usually pack one anymore because they are provided - not this time!
